Our Story

A Bit About Us

What started as a dream of raising our children on a farm has grown into a thriving hydroponic operation dedicated to fresh, sustainable food. In 2022, we set out to build Forest Valley Acres, a family-run farm in the Comox Valley. With backgrounds in carpentry and fitness, we weren’t generational farmers, but our passion for agriculture and sustainability led us to hydroponics.

With the support of our family, we designed and built our greenhouse from the ground up, using innovative growing methods to produce clean, pesticide-free lettuce and herbs year-round. Today, we are proud to supply our community with fresh, local produce while nurturing the values of hard work and sustainability for future generations.
